As a Parent Coaching Institute Certified Parent Coach®, a highest level graduate course work and training program, I believe a good Parent Coach is a partner with a parent. As a Christian Parent Coach, I work as a catalyst for change as we seek transformational parenting, in a participatory relationship that recognizes Parenting as a Living System™^*. I seek to affirm and support the parent at all times. Ultimately, the goal is to help the parent regain their joy in their parenting. It is a journey together, the parent and the coach. It is wonderful. It is long overdue. Parents should all have a parent coach, including me, and I do.

As a licensed Social Worker and PCI Certified Parent Coach® in the Twin Cities metro area, I draw upon my own transformation on my journey as a parent, as well as rich personal development through ongoing educational opportunities and experiences. Before coming to coaching, I've worked in educational settings, where I've had direct interaction with parents and children with diverse backgrounds. I enjoy working with parents experiencing transitions, supporting them in family media literacy, and providing resources for healthy growth and development, focusing on the whole parent and child. I encourage parents to help find success through their personal reflection, values and strengths as a foundation for increased vitality and success.
