PCI Certified Parent Coach® "Create The Family Life You Want" |

Parents know more than they think they do! Even when times are really tough, parents learn to listen to themselves and be confident in their decisions as they create a healthy, productive home life. I listen intently and ask key questions, and parents depend on my encouragement, insight and resources to help them bring positive change through the integration of constructive communication and a highly personalized action plan. Whether issues involve school, discipline, self-esteem, sibling rivalry, adolescence, routines, or outside influences such as the media and peer pressure, parents become energized and fulfilled with their home life and create responsible family relationships that are meaningful, productive, and enjoyable.
Some parents, whether married or parenting separately, have the unique challenge of learning to keep the child out of the middle of adult issues. I work with parents in such circumstances to develop creative empowerment for everyone involved.
I am a single mother with three teenage and adult children. In addition to coaching, I have been educating and supporting parents since 1997 as an instructor with The Art of Positive Parenting (a program of Action for Children). I work with parents individually or as a couple with children of all ages in business, neighborhood, school and agency settings.
