Pastor Latanya Allen fully understands the challenges that parents face raising children in today's society. Many times parents are forced to conduct a balancing act of duties and responsibilities with family, career, and friends. Often time's parents are left with a sense of guilt, and feelings of being overwhelmed. At Loving Arms Parents Coaching, we would like to assist in removing those feelings and replacing them with feelings of parent empowerment. Our philosophy is to find the parent and child strength and build upon it to co-create a more functional home environment.
During our coaching sessions these are some of the topics that we will focus on:
- Family Relationships
- Self Care
- Effectiveness of Current situation
- How to develop and maintain what the parent considers a functional home environment.
I am able to coach parents of children of all ages with an emphasis on cultural and ethnic sensitivity. My many years of working in the field of counseling have afforded me the opportunity to learn cultural sensitivity and ethnic diversities among individuals.
